Overview

This policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled for purchase options offered at Glow-Unique, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy purchases. By placing an order using any of these purchase options, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Standard one-time purchases are not covered by this policy. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for information about regular orders.


Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a product at Glow-Unique, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency selected at checkout until you cancel.

How subscriptions work:

Your subscription begins on the date of your first order. Subsequent orders are automatically placed and charged according to the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every 30 days, every 60 days, or every 90 days). You will receive an email confirmation each time a new subscription order is processed and shipped.

Managing your subscription:

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at glowunique.com. Through your account, you can skip an upcoming order, change your delivery frequency, swap products within your subscription (where available), update your shipping address, and update your payment method.

Canceling your subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at glowunique.com or by contacting us at [your email address]. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

If you cancel after your next order has already been processed and charged, that order will still be shipped and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation will take effect for all future orders after the current billing cycle.

There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or long-term commitments associated with subscriptions at Glow-Unique. You are free to resubscribe at any time.

Subscription refunds:

Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. If a subscription order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for resolution.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, Glow-Unique may offer products available for pre-order before they are in stock or before their official release date. Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product and secure your place in line for fulfillment.

How pre-orders work:

When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase for the full order amount unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the product becomes available. Estimated availability dates are listed on the product page, but these dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or import delays.

We will notify you by email if there are any significant changes to your pre-order's expected availability or fulfillment timeline.

Canceling a pre-order:

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has shipped by contacting us at [your email address] with your order number. If you cancel before the item has shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-order refunds:

If a pre-order product becomes permanently unavailable and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


General Terms

Payment method authorization: By selecting any purchase option (subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy), you authorize Glow-Unique to charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the terms of that purchase option. Your payment information is securely stored and processed by Shopify.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, you will be notified by email before your next billing date and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Product availability: We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any purchase option or product at any time. If a subscription product is discontinued, we will notify you and cancel your subscription with no further charges.

Communication: By enrolling in a subscription or placing a pre-order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, billing reminders, and cancellation confirmations. These are not marketing emails and are necessary to manage your purchase.
