Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. If that changes, we'll update this page.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During promotions, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to let you know.
Shipping method and carrier
All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Glow-Unique. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery timelines.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $250 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $250: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
Shipping rates are displayed before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the Shop app.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
Shipping issues
Package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it: Please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and with anyone else at your address. If you still can't locate the package, contact your local USPS post office or file a claim at usps.com. We are not responsible for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered, but we're happy to help you troubleshoot.
Package is lost or stuck in transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, please contact us. We'll work with USPS to locate your package and determine next steps.
Package arrived damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once a shipping label has been created and the package is in transit, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
A note about our products
All Glow-Unique products are authentic Korean skincare, carefully stored and packaged to maintain product integrity. We take extra care when packing your order to make sure everything arrives safely. If anything looks off when you open your package, please reach out — we want you to have a great experience.
