Meet Dermaline: The PDRN Skincare Line Our Community Can’t Stop Talking About

If you’ve been around the Glow-Unique community for a while, you’ve probably seen the name Dermaline come up more than once. And there’s a reason for that. When a product earns a permanent spot in someone’s routine and they keep coming back to tell you about it, that’s not marketing. That’s just results.

Today I want to break down exactly what makes this line worth the attention, starting with the ingredient that makes it all work: PDRN.

What is PDRN and why does it matter?

PDRN stands for Polydeoxyribonucleotide. It sounds clinical because it is. This ingredient has roots in medical and aesthetic treatments before it made its way into K-beauty skincare. It’s derived from salmon DNA, which is remarkably compatible with human skin biology.

What it does at a cellular level is support the skin’s natural regeneration process. It helps improve elasticity, supports moisture retention, and aids in the overall renewal of the skin’s surface. In Korean skincare, PDRN has become a gold-standard ingredient for anyone focused on anti-aging and skin repair. Dermaline has built an entire line around it.

The concentration matters too. We’re not talking about a trace amount listed at the bottom of an ingredient label. Dermaline’s PDRN formulas are dosed to actually deliver results.

The Bio Activing PDRN Cream

This is the one that started the conversation in our community, and it deserves its reputation.

The Dermaline Bio Activing PDRN 10,000 PPM Cream is formulated with a meaningful concentration of Polydeoxyribonucleotide alongside a carefully chosen supporting cast: Sodium Hyaluronate for deep hydration, Niacinamide to help improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, Panthenol to strengthen the skin barrier, Allantoin for smoothing and calming, and Centella Asiatica Extract to support skin resilience.

That combination of regenerative PDRN, barrier-building Panthenol, and brightening Niacinamide makes this cream genuinely multi-tasking in a way that doesn’t feel watered down. It’s rich enough to moisturize dry skin without feeling heavy, which is a balance a lot of creams get wrong.

It’s suited for all skin types, but particularly shines on dry, sensitive, or mature skin that needs a little extra recovery support.

The PDRN Eye Cream

The eye area is often where signs of fatigue and aging show up first. Puffiness, fine lines, dullness around the orbital bone… it’s one of the most requested concerns I hear about from this community. The Dermaline Bio Activing PDRN Eye Cream is formulated specifically for that zone.

It contains Salmon DNA PDRN at 2,580 ppm alongside Adenosine, a key anti-wrinkle active derived from yeast that helps reduce the visible appearance of fine lines by energizing the skin’s outer layer. It’s a thoughtful pairing: PDRN to support the deeper regeneration process, Adenosine to smooth what you can see at the surface.

Consistent use is where this one pays off. The under-eye area responds slowly to any product, that’s just biology. But with the right formula used morning and night, the difference in texture, firmness, and overall brightness is real.

The Bio Activing PDRN Eye Patches

These are the treat-yourself moment of the PDRN line, and a community absolute favorite.

The Dermaline Bio Activing PDRN Eye Patches are hydrogel patches, meaning the delivery system itself is doing a lot of work. Hydrogel holds ingredients against the skin longer than a standard sheet, which translates to better absorption and that instantly cooled, depuffed feeling you get right after.

Each patch contains Salmon DNA PDRN at 2,580 ppm, peptides to support elasticity, Adenosine for visible smoothing, and Calendula Extract known in Korean skincare for its gentle soothing properties, especially around sensitive skin areas.

The instructions suggest 30 minutes, but these are also perfect right before bed when your eyes are tired from screens. The hydrogel cooling effect alone is worth it on a long day. Beyond the immediate relief, regular use helps support the look of firmness and reduce the appearance of fine lines over time.

How to use the PDRN line together

These three products are designed to work as a system, and using them together is where you really start to see the compounding benefit of PDRN.

A simple routine using the Dermaline PDRN line:

After cleansing, apply your serum or ampoule.

Pat the PDRN Eye Cream gently around the orbital bone, ring finger only, no dragging.

Follow with the PDRN Cream as your moisturizer to seal everything in.

Use the PDRN Eye Patches 2 to 3 times per week as a targeted treatment, or whenever your eyes need a reset. (I like to layer eye cream on top of the patch and wear to bed.)

This line is gentle enough for daily use, and the formulas layer well together without pilling or heaviness.

These are products I stand behind, not just because the formulations are solid, but because our community keeps coming back for them. That says everything.

If you’re new to PDRN skincare, the cream is a great starting point. If the eye area is your primary concern, start with the eye cream and patches as a duo. Either way, you’re in good hands with this line.

As always, reach out if you have questions. I’m happy to help you figure out what fits your routine and your skin.

We LOVE the PDRN line in my house! I have to hide the eye patches from my husband if I want any, and we both use the cream every night.
