Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales at Glow-Unique are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and shipped.
We know that sounds strict — so let us explain why, and what we will do if something goes wrong.
Why we don't accept returns
Every product we sell is authentic Korean skincare, imported directly from trusted manufacturers and stored in climate-appropriate conditions. Once a skincare product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it hasn't been opened, contaminated, or stored improperly. Reselling a returned skincare product would put another customer's skin at risk — and we're not willing to do that.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:
- Creams, serums, ampoules, and essences
- Sunscreens and SPF products
- Masks, peels, and exfoliating treatments
- Eye creams and eye patches
- Skincare tools and devices
- Gift sets and bundles
When we WILL make it right
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If any of the following happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it:
Damaged in transit — Your order arrived broken, leaking, or visibly damaged. Please send us photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong item shipped — You received a product that doesn't match what you ordered. Contact us and we'll arrange to send the correct item promptly.
Defective product — The product arrived with a manufacturer defect (broken seal at time of delivery, missing components, product appears altered or contaminated). Contact us with photos and a description of the issue.
In all of the above cases, we may ask you to return the item at our expense before issuing a replacement or refund.

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
A few more things to know
Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and this policy applies.
Shipping issues: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the carrier cannot resolve it, reach out to us and we'll help investigate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity: While we carefully describe every product's ingredients on our product pages, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. We always recommend patch-testing new skincare products before full application. If you have questions about whether a product is right for your skin, please reach out to us before purchasing — we're happy to help.
Sale items and promotions: All discounted, promotional, or sale items are final sale with no exceptions.

By placing an order with Glow-Unique, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. This policy is displayed on our website at the time of purchase and is accessible at checkout.
