All Sales Are Final: Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for Skincare once the packaging is opened as this compromises their integrity. Mishandling, exposure to light or heat, sanitary concerns, or other ethical issues prevent us from accepting returns.

Defective Accessories: Defective accessories will be replaced upon successful return of the faulty item.  Please send a message with an explanation and a request for a Return Authorization.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: We do not offer refunds or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout.
